I love my life as the Health Queen

I love being accountable (via the name, title and role as the Health Queen) to be continually learning to be stretching my mind. And then occaissionally I switch off and doing some painting, or exercise a lot. I have the best life – lots of variety.

Today I am learning about pitching on-line, copy, making product, selling from a stage – thank-you Joanna Martin – perfect for me at this point in time. It was the gap I have been struggling to cross, now I just watch your step by step videos – so grateful to have come across you.

My press release for my seminar in 10 days…. unsure how funky or cool, or eye catching, but it is certainly lots of fun living in a democracy where i know I can be cheeky and not risk of incaceration. We are fortunate. Deep… Ok PR from this am – love this stuff.

Women ARE FIGHTING in the work place over Air-conditioning temperatures!

Women around the country are fighting over temperature control of the air conditioning in their work place. Whilst some are freezing, others are flushing and feel like they are sitting in the Sahara Desert!

So what is going on in many work places?

This air-con dilemma is just one of many issues menopausal women face. And often it results in a debate at work with other collegues as they bid, sneak or just simply confiscate the air-conditioning remote.

Sam Beau Patrick, The Health Queen (from Today and Sunrise fame), kicks off her series of menopause seminars on the Gold Coast and is going to help the offenders find peace in the work place. In fact maybe the bosses of admin staff who are battling over the Air conditioning should sponsor their staff to attend.

It’s guaranteed to be a fun, honest look at symptoms and follows Sam’s new book, Menopause – true there were side effects.

Maisy’s Birthday

Spent at 2Bkids. What a great day – no stress, only cost $16.50 per child and Maisy had the best birthday.

A conference on speaking and constructing web sites that sell (what a learning curve that has been). Thanks Jo Martin for all her links, teachings and bringing together what could have potentially taken me years to learn . It is taking hours to put it all into action but I should start seeing some financial reward for all the stuff i do on-line.
